Palu city,- GOVERNOR Longki Djanggola scheduled a work visit as well as safari Ramadan 1438 Hijriah in Poso District. In Kunker, Governor Longki inaugurated the Branch Supervising Council (Mabicab) Poso Scout Movement and the Kwartir Boy Scout Movement of Poso Branch for the period 2015 -2020. The inauguration was held at the Main Hall of Poso Regent Office on Monday (6/12/2017).
As the Head of Central Scout Assembly of Central Sulawesi, Governor Longki inaugurated Poso Regent, Darmin Sigilipu and his deputy as Chairman of Assistant Counselor and Chief Executive of Poso Scout Guard Coordination Movement. In his speech, Central Sulawesi Governor of this two periods convey, this decision based on the letter of Chairman of Central Sulawesi Scout Movement that has been published by the late Deputy Minister Sudarto before he called by Allah SWT, the Almighty God.
“First of all, I congratulate for all the Muslims who are doing fasting, may charity worship accepted by Allah SWT,” he said.
Governor Longki said that the inauguration of the scout movement organizers, is a step of consolidation and strengthening the function of the scouting movement so that the Boy Scout function can run well in Poso District.
“I mandate that all members can work to guide the young generation as well as not to get involved as drug users and illegal drugs,” said Governor Longki. He asked Poso Regency Government to encourage Poso youth and society to be more active in doing positive things in building Poso towards the better and always carry out well the basic principles of scout in the middle of society.
