PALU,- THE Convicted corruptor, Ikbal Pakamundi tonight is released. The decision to be free to serve the corporal punishment due to corruption case of Tourism Development Judicial Review beside the House of Governor of Siranindi was granted by the Supreme Court of Republic of Indonesia.
Monitoring by Kaili Post, Petobo in prison since after the Maghrib prayer several hours ago (13/10/2017), some family and relatives Ikbal Pakamundi come with his lawyers Datu SH and Mohammad Arief, SH. After undergoing the prison administration process, Ikbal uses a white hat with a striped white shirt wrapped in blue jeans. Also appears Ikbal’s younger brother, Hidayat Pakamundi.
According to the editorial data, Ikbal in the trial of corruption case was decided freely by the High Court of Central Sulawesi. But the prosecutor appealed to the Supreme Court. The appeal decision, Ikbal was sentenced to 7.6 years with a fine of Rp700 million in two years and a subsidiary of Rp100 million in six months. The whole penalty is 10 years. However, at Judicial Review level, Ikbal was declared innocent and freed by the Supreme Court judge.
Meanwhile, Datu SH, Ikbal’s lawyer cannot be reached. Some of his mobile phone numbers have not been connected yet. So is Mohammad Arief. Until this news is revealed, Ikbal cannot be found. The car that took him immediately darted towards the south towards the West of Palu.**
