Inaugurate Container Clinic, Baznas Mass Circumcision

PT KIMIA Farma Tbk cooperates with the National Amil Zakat
Agency (Baznas) to provide health facilities for disaster victims in Central
Sulawesi (Central Sulawesi) by establishing container clinics.

The inauguration of the container clinic was held
in the refugee area of
​​the Great Mosque of Palu, Central Sulawesi,
Thursday (04/18/2019).

Present at the event were Director General and
Human Capital of Kimia Farma Arief Pramuhanto, General Chair of BAZNAS Bambang
Sudibyo, and Director of BAZNAS Empowerment Irfan Syauqi Beik.

Bambang Sudibyo said, container clinics were
established to provide health services to communities affected by disasters in
Central Sulawesi. The container clinic located in the courtyard of the Great
Mosque of Palu has been operating since the beginning of 2019.

“Through this container clinic, Baznas and
Kimia Farma want to improve the health status of post-disaster residents
through a free health service program,” Bambang said.

During the opening ceremony, there were also 100
mass circumcision free for children of affected victims. In addition, 100
packages of bags and stationery were distributed to the participants.

Kimia Farma General Director and Human Capital
Arief Pramuhanto said that this collaboration was a form of concern for Kimia
Farma and BAZNAS to those affected by the disaster. On this occasion,
distribution of donations was also provided for the construction of mosques for
refugees.
“Kimia Farma and BAZNAS provide free health
services for refugees. We hope that the health of refugees can be maintained so
that their daily activities after the disaster can be normal without any
obstacles,” Arief said. **
