GRADUATION Ceremony of University of Tadulako (Untad) will be held on June 29,
2019.

A total of 1,015 students are planned to be graduated at the Jodjokodi
Convention Center (JCC) building on Jalan Moh Yamin Palu.

“For the 97th batch of graduates will be held at the Jodjokodi
Convention Center (JCC) building on Jalan Moh Yamin Palu on June 29th. And
there will be 1015 graduates,” said Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs,
University of Tadulako (Untad), Dr. Lukman Nadjamuddin M, Hum, told to Kaili
Post on Monday (6/17/2019).

According to Dr. Lukman, the graduation ceremony was forced to be held
outside the campus because the Untad Auditorium building was still under
construction after the earthquake in September 2018 had been affected. The
Untad Graduation Committee chose the JCC building by considering the facilities
and vehicle parking bags.

It was known, previously, the Chancellor of Untad, Prof. Dr. Ir H
Mahfudz MP, once said, that the next graduation, Untad would hold a graduation
outside the Untad campus. Which was done because, the building of the Untad
Audiotorium was damaged. Sihingga, that was the basis for Untad to take steps,
namely to rent a place outside the room.

And for the graduation ceremony, said Dr. Lukman, it will only be held
once. He said that because, previously there was information that graduation
would be held twice, morning and evening.

“Previously the news circulated, that we will carry out graduation
twice, however, when the committee meeting, we decide for one graduation, that
is, in the morning,” explained Dr. Lukman.

Whereas, continued Dr. Lukman, we don’t know how many faculties there
are. But surely we will deliver it later. To be sure, he said, the 1015 will be
announced on June 29.**
