PALU,- The 72nd Anniversary of Kartika Day, Thousands of students, Indonesia National Army (TNI) and Polices participated in Kartika 5K & 10K Fun Run race held by Korem 132 Tadulako on Sunday (10/12/2017). Taking a start in front of Makorem office, Jend Sudirman street Palu, the runners were released by Danrem 132 Tadulako, Colonel Inf Muhammad Saleh Mustafa and Kasrem, Lieutenant Colonel Andrian Susanto accompanied by Dandim 1306 / Dgl Lieutenant Colonel Kav I Made Maha, SIP as Chairman of the Committee, Palu Majal Palu Major Deni, Wadansat Brimob Local Police Central Sulawesi and Head of Sriwijaya Airlines Palu Branch took place lively.
In his speech, at the time of the prize to the winners, Colonel Saleh said “Run is important for health therefore make run as a pleasure, love Run For Health,” he concluded. To a number of journalists, Danrem also revealed that the Kartika 5K and 10K Fun runs are held simultaneously throughout Indonesia to commemorate 72nd Anniversary Kartika Day, as well as helping local government to find seeds of runners who can become regional athletes in order to bring the big name of Central Sulawesi in national and international events.
The activity gets appreciation from citizens with the number of children who are aged under 12 years and even a new 7-year-old participate in the event. This proves that Central Sulawesi has many young seeds that can be relied upon in the future. In addition, he also hopes, it could grow more spirit to the participants, to fill the independence with the things that are positive, also can achieve the best achievement.
The activities of dark green color as a characteristic of this Army was held by the cooperation of Korem 132 Tadulako, Kodim 1306 Donggala, Polices of Palu and Lembah Madu Advertising as EO assisted by sponsors and donors who participated in this success.
