THE CENTRAL Sulawesi Regional Police factually have set the Chairperson of North Morowali Regency DPRD, Ir. H. Syarifuddin H Madjid M.Sc as a suspect in the case of alleged Rujab land acquisition Corruption Morut DPRD leaders in the 2015 Rp. 3 billion and resulted in financial losses of the country / region in the Morut of Rp.8.4 billion.
The appointment of the Regional Police was revealed by a summons dated 26 February 2019 No: Spg / 61/ II / 2019 / Dit Reskrimsus and the same letter dated 28 February 2019 was addressed to the Honorary Body of Morut Regency DPRD. The letter was signed by the Director of Reskrimsus as an investigator, Commissioner Pol Arief Agus Marwan.
In addition to Pudin, the nickname of the Chairperson of the Morut DPRD, the Regional Police investigator also established Lawandi S.Sos M.Si former Head of the Civil Servants of North Sumatra District Administration in 2015. He was also suspected of the same suspicion as the previous suspect. Previously, Asman Loliwu, expert staff for planning for the North Morowali District Aptripel Tumimomor was also named a suspect. He is allegedly related to the release of office space in the Morut Regency Government in Koro Lama Village, Petasia District, covering an area of 46 hectares with compensation costs of Rp. 9.5 billion.
On September 21, 2018, Asman was questioned in the corruption section of the Central Sulawesi Regional Police, room for Sub Directorate of Directorate General of Police Criminal Investigation at the Regional Police. He was checked since 14.00 a.m. until 19:00 a.m. Asman came to the Regional Police by wearing a white shirt with short sleeves combined with cream color pants.
Bripka / BA Unit l Corruption Police Head, Lexy Tumonglo, SH through Sub-Directorate of Police III AKBP Teddy Salawati confirmed that his party was examining Asman Loliwu. ’’Yes indeed we are investigators, we are currently examining Asman Loliwu with 30 more questions,related to the Morut Regional Government office acquisition project in the Korolama Village of Petasia Morut District,” Lexy said via his cellphone.
Separately, Sub-directorate III AKBP Teddy Salawati also helped justify Asman undergoing an initial examination to retrieve information to complete our file about office land acquisition projects in the Korololama Village which reached Rp9.5 billion. The Tipikor of the Regional Police is investigating allegations of corruption that are detrimental to the country’s money. ‘’We check again who has the role behind the project,’ said Teddy.
According to previous information, in 2016, the Regency Government paid land to Asman Loliwu for Rp.15 thousand / meter. While Asman gave to those who had land it was estimated that only Rp. 5,000 / meter.
In 2017, the state also paid Asman Loliwu the land price of Rp22 thousand-24 thousand / meter. But, Asman Loliwu paid to those who owned land allegedly only IDR 6 thousand / meter. ‘’It’s called sadaaap,’ said Teddy.**
