SUBDIT III Team of Ditreskrimsus Criminal Act of Corruption Local Police of Central Sulawesi arrested Taviora Village Head, Donggala District, initials R in hand-catch operation (OTT) related to land certificate handling. “The head of the village utilizes a national program that should be free, and the community is asked to pay a nominal amount of money,” said Head of Police Public Relations of the Supreme Court, AKBP Suprapto Day, in Palu on Monday.
Hari explained the OTT was conducted at the village head’s house on Thursday (26/10/2017) last week based on reports of local people who become victims. The team led by Iptu Deni received a report that one of the people who hide his identity would make payment of the land certificate. When arrested by R, the team also secured evidence in the form of 19 certificates of the National Agrarian Operations Project (Prona) and cash amounting to Rp350 thousand.
At that time R was also escorted Rio Pakava, Police of Donggala. R is threatened with Article 12 letter e of Law Number 31 Year 1999 which has been amended by Law Number 20 Year 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption with the punishment of more than three years imprisonment.
