POSO,- THE HEAD Of Gontor Islamic Boarding School, KH. Cecep Sobarohmat, M.Hi, received a working visit from Vice Chairman of Local Representative’s House, RI Letjend Marines (Ret.) DR. Nono Sampono, M.Si with the entourage few days ago. During the official visit, Poso Regent, Darmin Agustinus Sigilipu along with Coordination Forum of Regional Leaders and a number of heads of Regional Organizations are pleased to accompany Nono Sampono with his entourage.
Previously, Nono Sampono visited the Tentena Tourism Town, as well as providing the public lecture at Tentena Christian University at the same time deigned to close the 70th anniversary of the Synod-GKST Assembly which was coupled with the 125th anniversary of the Gospel entrance to Tanah Poso.
In his lecture in front of 13 Gontor students in Tokorondo Village, Nono Sampono told his life experiences as a child who lives with a financially-unstable small family and coming home from school, he would help parents to sell cakes in a small village. “With persistence and hard work, finally a village kid who barely have anything live unexpected today as a vice chairman of the Local Representative’s House RI.”, said Nono intends to motivate the students.
He added that Allah never discriminates against success whether they are rich or poor. All the people all over the world in the eyes of God are all the same. Therefore, Nono said the student doesn’t need not to be fear of difficulty. It is a series of process that must be lived with sincerity to get the pleasure from Allah SWT.**
