of Central Sulawesi appreciates the extension of the disaster emergency
transition status in Padagimo, Central Sulawesi. In fact, the National Human

Sulawesi be monitored. “It have to provide a temporary office in
Palu,” wrote the Chairman of the National Commission on Human Rights
Komnas HAM, Dedi Askary SH to kailipost.com.

Note the importance, all the other deficiencies
raised in the evaluation meeting, do not just become mere notes. According to
him, the evaluation of the meeting which revealed all the shortcomings,
constraints and problems became recommendations that must be carried out at a
later stage.

“Or at the stage of the extension of the
emergency-to-recovery transition (if the extension phase is carried out), do
not just be a pile of documents as termite meal material. Moreover, it is only
used as an extension to the emergency recovery phase. done quickly, precisely
efficiently,” he explained.

Keep in mind, continued Dedi, if the extension was
carried out the consequences were the same as extending the suffering of the
victims who still survived in 400 points of refugee camps. In the next stage,
it is really remembered, especially for the central government. Imalkan
Maximize the facilitation and assistance of the Provincial Government and
Regency / City Government, not interventions as has been done so far,” he said.

Dedi also supported the position of the Indonesian
Vice President, Jusuf Kalla, who had stressed his commitment to immediately
instruct PLN to immediately meet the electricity needs of existing shelters.
Komnas HAM also proposes building effective communication and coordination with
all parties,” Maximizing the use of local resources, especially potential
local human resources, coordinating with the chancellor and university leaders
to involve final year students, especially from educational study programs,
“techniques, etc. encourage social organizations and local organizations
to work together, work together to build a more powerful and dignified Central
Sulawesi.”

While for the purposes of supervision and law
enforcement, maximize the role and function of law enforcement officers both
