MEMBERS of Donggala DPRD claimed to have never known about the appointment of temporary personnel in Donggala Government in early 2018. As a result, as many as 7,000 regional temporary employees were SK-distributed throughout Donggala and the regional organization (OPD) became a regional financial burden. This was stated by Sahlan L Tandamusu, a member of Donggala DPRD to Kaili Post on Monday (6/8/2018) last week.
He unraveled the issue of regional expenditure that experienced a deficit, impacting on government activity programs. Even the professional allowances and income allowances for the civilian apparatus have not been paid in the middle of this year. “This should be the reason for the local government to think about how to reduce the amount that is too large,” he said.
If these temporary workers are included in the regional financing amounting to Rp300 thousand per person, the regional burden will be amounting to Rp.2.1 billion, if accumulated during the year Rp26 billion charged to the region. “The question is, is it still possible for this area to finance it while on the other hand there is still a lot that needs to be covered,” he said.**
